DiagnosticReporter diagnostics

Where the library's messages about its own operation go: sink failures, store queue overflow, writes after close. Passed to every sink when attached (LogSink.attach) and to asSink sinks. Defaults to printing to the console; Flutter has debugPrintDiagnostic.
