LockallyInterceptor class

A single dio Interceptor that:

• injects Authorization: Bearer from a TokenProvider (refreshed per try),
• adds a stable Idempotency-Key on mutating requests, and
• retries network errors / 429 / 5xx with backoff + jitter, honoring Retry-After.
