execute method

@override Future<ToolResult> execute(ToolCall call, ToolContext context)

Runs call. A model's mistake is a ToolFailure; an exception follows AssistantConfig.toolErrors. The call must start synchronously (before the first await): the assistant reads ToolContext.annotations in the same step.
