BackendStatePersistenceSupport class abstract

Optional backend capability for reporting whether BackendStatePersistence is actually available for the active runtime.

This is useful for delegating/router backends where the wrapper may expose the persistence methods but support depends on the selected concrete backend. Backends that do not implement this interface fall back to the structural is BackendStatePersistence check used by older versions.
