CloudPosDisplaySize? formFactor

Optional form factor override.

When CloudPosDisplaySize.xSmall, the refresh:primary flex ratio is widened from 1:6 to 2:3 so the secondary icon button remains tappable on very narrow screens. Pass null (the default) to keep the 1:6 ratio.
