reserveVerticalBarBottom method

void reserveVerticalBarBottom(

)

Reserves extent of the strip's bottom for owner, replacing any earlier reservation it made.

Called by the package's tab bar and toolbar while they lay out in the strip. A bar drawn there by the app reserves its own height, plus the strip's GlassVerticalBarData.bottom, the same way.
