The P75 warmup threshold (ms) below which the device is classified as
capable of GlassQuality.premium. Defaults to 20.0.
Community calibration param — if the default causes incorrect
degradation on your hardware, try raising this (e.g. to 24.0) and
post your P75 from GlassAdaptiveDiagnostic.p75Ms along with your device
model to the discussions.
