GlassSurfaceStyle surfaceStyle

How the picker's card is painted.

GlassSurfaceStyle.glass (default in 1.x) renders a glass card. GlassSurfaceStyle.solid renders a flat opaque card matching native iOS grouped containers. Applies to the wheel and graphical styles and to the graphical popover opened by the compact style; the compact pills themselves are unchanged.
