Encoded Vedic tone/sign data (Unicode 18.0).

This deliberately covers only U+0951, U+0952, the assigned Vedic Extensions range U+1CD0..U+1CFA, and U+20F0 COMBINING ASTERISK ABOVE. It does NOT cover U+A8E0..U+A8FF: that block mixes Samaveda cantillation digits/letters, specialized nasalization signs, manuscript/editorial signs, sacred signs and two real vowels (U+A8FE/A8FF AY), which must not be treated as optional decorations. U+1CFB..U+1CFF are unassigned and are not treated as known characters.
