OutputAwaitingProof class

One of a wallet's unspent outputs that cannot be proven to a counterparty right now (bead libspiffy-0lx): the walk back from its transaction to a merkle proof on the active header chain does not complete.

Returned by ReadModelStorage.getOutputsAwaitingAncestorProof. The output is still the wallet's and its row is untouched; it simply cannot be put into a BEEF until one of ancestors has a proof again.
