AnchorKeyResponse class

Reply of the wallet aggregate to IssueAnchorKeyCommand and SignWithAnchorKeyCommand (beads libspiffy-zxkd, libspiffy-fdal): the anchor public key (compressed hex), and for a signing request the DER signature (hex) of SHA-256 of the message. Empty on failure.
