WalletImportNotification class sealed

Progress of a wallet import, broadcast in-process by the ImportActor.

These are notifications, not events: they are not persisted, not registered with the event registry, and never applied by the wallet aggregate. What an import durably changes is journaled by the ordinary wallet events it causes (WalletCreatedEvent, AddressGeneratedEvent, UTXOReceivedEvent, TransactionRecordedEvent, ...). Subscribe with LibSpiffyActorSystem.subscribeToImportNotifications (audit 2026-09-14 L4). The ...Event class names are kept so existing subscribers' type tests still compile.
