ImportWalletFromXprivCommand class

Command to import a wallet from xpriv with transaction history.

Unreachable: no aggregate handles it. BitcoinWalletAggregate.handleCommand has no arm for this class, so sending it only ever reaches the default branch and throws ArgumentError('Unknown command type: ImportWalletFromXprivCommand') (reachability sweep 2026-09-18, D-4). It was superseded by CreateWalletCommand with an xpriv, which is the live import path (lib/src/core/wallet/wallet_keys.dart).

Commands are transient — unlike events, none is ever stored in the journal — so this class carries no replay constraint and will be removed in a future release. It is deprecated rather than deleted outright only because it is exported from package:libspiffy/internals.dart, a supported surface.
