FundingSentEvent class
ARC took the client's funding broadcast (bead libspiffy-jark).
The channel is not open yet: the server opens it only once ARC reports
the network holds the funding (libspiffy-3nje), which can be later than
ARC takes it, or never. The client sends channel_open with what this
event carries, until the server's channel_opened, and then journals
ChannelOpenedEvent.
