medianTimePastUnix property
The chain's median time past when the claim is made, in unix seconds: the time the network holds the refund's lock time to (bead libspiffy-lpjh). Until it passes the lock time the refund is not final, and a node keeps it only as non-final, to be dropped for any final spend of the funding output.
