refundClaimedTxId property
The refund transaction this channel's refund was claimed with, once a claim has been journaled (bead libspiffy-07mx).
status cannot stand in for this. A claim sets the status to
ChannelStatus.expired, and expired must stay claimable: an expiry
observed first records the refund without broadcasting it (V-86), and
the claim is what carries the broadcast. So the status alone cannot
tell "expired, never claimed" from "expired by a claim", and without
this field the aggregate had nothing to test — a second claim journaled
a second ending.
