BigInt totalFeePaid

The fees of the splits that succeeded, summed. Zero here is a measurement — no split succeeded — and not a placeholder for an unknown fee: an outcome whose fee is unknown carries a null SplitTransactionOutcome.feePaid and is not counted (libspiffy-q28i).
