TransactionConfirmedEvent class
A merkle proof put the transaction in the block at blockHeight, whose header we hold on our active chain: confirmed, and there is nothing more to it (bead libspiffy-jc3h).
It carries no confirmation count. It used to default one to 1 — a number
nothing measured and nothing advanced — and a count is not evidence of
anything in any case. An application that wants a depth computes
tip height - blockHeight + 1.
