AncestorProofRequestReceivedEvent class

A proof_request a peer sent us, and what we did about it (bead libspiffy-a2v3).

Emitted on the responder. answered is false when the request was refused: we hold no such transaction, its row records no counterparty marker, the requester is not the counterparty we recorded for it, or we cannot prove it ourselves either. reason says which, for our own logs only: the refusal that goes back on the wire is uniform, so a peer cannot learn which transactions we know by asking.
