SignWithAnchorKeyCommand class

Signs SHA-256(message) with the wallet's anchor key for anchorContext, for binding that anchor to an identity (a registration such as NodeCast's). Journals nothing.

The message is always hashed here, so no caller can have the anchor key sign a digest of its choosing (a transaction's sighash, say); a message should still name its purpose, so that a signature for one is no signature for another.
