ExportTransactionQuery class

Export a transaction of the wallet with its merkle proof, as a BEEF that another wallet imports with ImportTransactionCommand (bead libspiffy-m8qu).

This is the sending side of the hand-off in both offline-payee modes (spv-understanding.md, "Payment modes"): a service's xpub wallet that received the payment, broadcast it and holds its proof once it is mined (bead libspiffy-m8qu), or a payer that paid a type-42 destination and broadcast the payment itself (bead libspiffy-zxkd). Answered with a TransactionExportedEvent; refused while the transaction has no proof verified on our header chain, because the importing wallet accepts only a proven transaction.
