ExpireChannelCommand class

Record that a payment channel has expired (lockTime elapsed).

Issued by the expiry monitor on either side. Routes to PCMA via the channel adapter and ultimately emits ChannelExpiredEvent through the aggregate so the read model picks up the transition. Distinct from CloseChannelCommand which is the cooperative-close pathway.
