AncestorProofResponseEvent class

What became of a proof_response a counterparty sent back (bead libspiffy-a2v3).

The BEEF went through the ordinary receive path, so it was verified against our own header chain like every other incoming proof. success is true only when it verified and the fresh proof was stored; a response that does not verify is rejected here (the output stays awaiting a proof) and the BEEF is still retained as evidence of what the counterparty handed us.
