deferSpend property
When true, do NOT emit UTXOSpentEvents for spentUtxoKeys. The spent marking is deferred to ARCActor when the tx reaches SEEN_ON_NETWORK.
The wallet holds the inputs it has unspent for this transaction (TransactionSpendDeferredEvent, bead libspiffy-7p2): reserved by the txid with no expiry, so no reservation expiry, cleanup or other reservation can release or take them. The hold ends when the network reports the transaction, when ARC reports it REJECTED, or when it is cancelled (DOUBLE_SPEND_ATTEMPTED keeps it held, bead libspiffy-ey2) (CancelDeferredSpendCommand).
