broadcastResponse property
What the broadcaster was actually told, as ARC's wire status name
(SEEN_ON_NETWORK, REJECTED, ...; see ArcTransactionStatus.wireName).
Null when the sender has no answer to record. The journal then holds an
absence rather than a plausible value: before bead libspiffy-f0sj every
TransactionBroadcastEvent carried the literal 'broadcast_success'
whatever ARC had said, and nothing could set it.
