frozenOutputSpec function

InvoiceOutputSpec frozenOutputSpec(InvoiceOutputSpec output)

output with unmodifiable collections that no caller shares.

An InvoiceOutputSpec is otherwise immutable, but P2MSOutputSpec.publicKeys, OPReturnOutputSpec.dataChunks and PluginOutputSpec.params are the caller's own collections. Used wherever a spec is kept: the invoice state, and the events and commands that carry one (bead libspiffy-6r5w).
