IssuedAddress class

An address the wallet issued, with where it sits in the HD tree.

The chain names the payment mode an invoice was made in (spv-understanding.md, "Payment modes"): an invoice of a wallet that holds its keys issues on AddressChain.receive; one of a service's xpub wallet, answering for an offline payee, on AddressChain.delegated, and the service later hands the payment to the payee with derivationIndex.
