When true, this transaction was signed externally (e.g., by a plugin's
CallbackTransactionSigner) without going through SignTransactionCommand.
The aggregate emits a TransactionSignedEvent alongside the
TransactionRecordedEvent to keep the audit trail symmetric with
wallet-internal signing.
