CancelDeferredPaymentCommand class
Cancel an outstanding deferred payment and release its inputs. Answered with DeferredPaymentCancelledEvent.
The network is checked first (via); the cancellation is refused when the transaction is known to it (any status other than "not found" and DOUBLE_SPEND_ATTEMPTED, where a competing transaction contests it), and when the check fails, unless force. The cancellation is journaled.
Cancelling does not revoke the signed transaction the recipient holds. If they broadcast it later and it still reaches miners, it spends those inputs, and a later payment that reused them will fail (the wallet then records the original payment as seen). To make the old transaction unspendable, spend its inputs back to yourself: ReclaimDeferredPaymentCommand does that.
