DeferredPaymentPurpose class abstract final

The purpose a deferred payment carries, for the values the wallet itself sets and reads back.

A reclaim's self-spend is recorded with reclaim:<txid of the payment it reclaims>: that is how the payment it resolves stays queryable from the read model without a schema change, and how the projection finds the payment to resolve when the self-spend reaches the network.
