RevertTransactionConfirmationCommand class

Command to take back the confirmation of txid (audit 3b0).

Sent by SPVActor when the block the transaction was confirmed in left the active chain in a reorganization, or when a proof accepted before its block header was known does not match that header. The transaction returns to pending and needs a new proof; its UTXOs lose their confirmations and those that were spendable become pending. The dropped proof is identified by merkleProof (the stored BUMP hex) so the read model deletes exactly that proof and never a newer one.
