preStart method

Registers with the snapshot manager and recovers state.

Dactor awaits preStart before delivering any message, so by the time the first message reaches onMessage recovery has either completed or failed (and been reported through onRecoveryFailure). Messages sent to the actor while it recovers wait in its mailbox.
