wasClockReset method

Future<bool> wasClockReset()

Whether the source machine's clock may have been reset since the last call to this method.

Needed only when combining multiple getTimeCorrectionEx estimates to model clock drift: a source that was restarted or hot-swapped invalidates any offset fitted over earlier readings.

Note: this is a consuming read. liblsl clears the flag as it reports it, so two calls in a row return true then false for the same reset.
