KeyboardAvoider class
A widget that re-sizes its child to avoid the system keyboard.
Unlike a Scaffold, it only insets by the actual amount obscured by the keyboard.
Watches for media query changes via didChangeMetrics, and adjusts a BottomAreaAvoider accordingly.
