KatTablePagination class
A pull-to-refresh, paginated data table.
Shows KatListItemShimmer while items is null (still loading), KatListNoItem once loaded but empty, and the table itself otherwise. Pulling down triggers onRefresh; scrolling to the bottom of an overflowing table triggers onLoadMore.
