KatEditor class

A rich-text editor row: an optional leading icon, an optional label above the editor, a formatting toolbar, and the underlying QuillHtmlEditor.

The toolbar's image and link buttons both prompt for a URL through TextFieldEmbedImage shown in a bottom sheet, then apply it to controller - as an embedded image, or as a link on the selection that was active when the button was tapped.
