KatNoConnectionScreen class

Full-screen overlay a host app shows when the device loses network connectivity.

Blocks the back gesture/button via PopScope so the app can't be navigated away from while offline; the only way out is tapping the KatLocales.lblUnderstood button, which pops this widget off the navigation stack.

The background image is loaded from the host app's own asset bundle at assets/images/connection_lost.png, so any app embedding this widget must declare that asset itself.
