Wartet, bis der Export fertig ist (getDepExport): sofort, dann nach 2 s und mit je 1,5-fachem Abstand, hoechstens alle 15 s. failed wirft DepExportFailedException, nach timeout DepExportTimeoutException (der Export laeuft weiter, getDepExport fragt spaeter). Ein Fehler der Abfrage, auch ein Netzfehler, beendet das Warten unveraendert.
