Creates a BlocTester for the given bloc.

Records every emission synchronously, inside the emit — the same tap sendAndWait completes from — so the record is complete the moment an awaiter of sendAndWaitForResult resumes. (Recording from the bloc's stream ran one microtask behind: an assertion right after the await could miss the very status the call returned.)
