PrivateFieldAccessException class final

Exception thrown when attempting to access a private field or getter/setter on a type during runtime resolution.

This includes:

• Attempting to read a private getter
• Attempting to write to a private field or setter
• Attempting to reflectively access any identifier beginning with _

Since private members are library-scoped in Dart, JetLeaf does not allow invoking or accessing them through its reflection/runtime layer.
