The decimal separator a new plan takes in strings' language (N1): DecimalSeparator.comma when the language's panels print , (FloorPlanStrings.decimalSeparator), DecimalSeparator.point otherwise. Only a new plan reads it: nothing converts a plan that exists (N2).
