resyncScale method

void resyncScale()

Shows the stored scale in the scale field, dropping any text typed and not submitted, and commits nothing: the shell's settle (spec 12a D2) calls it before a flow reads the document, so the panel never shows a scale the saved file does not have (D14: unsubmitted text is not saved).
