HostFrame class final

A host wall seen from its own group-local space (spec 08 D7).

s is the stored start, e the stored end, d the unit direction from s to e, n the left normal and len the centreline's length; u is the distance from s along d;
lOff and rOff are 07 D2's face offsets along n;
endCap (right face to left face) and startCap (left face to right face) are 07's own caps (capsOf) taken to local space;
the straight span [uS, uE]: uS is the largest u of any start-cap vertex and uE the smallest u of any end-cap vertex. Between them both faces are plain offsets, whatever the joint;
fellBack when the caps are the free caps (07's fallback, in world or in local space).
