FaceNeighbour typedef

FaceNeighbour = ({double hi, Handle instance, double lo})

A placed symbol standing against a run (spec 09c D4's neighbours): the interval [lo, hi] its back edge covers along the run's t, measured from the run's a, and the instance's handle (so a move can leave its own instance out, D8).
