hostCutsInView function

HostCuts? hostCutsInView(

)

host's cuts through the view adapter: one computation, made by the wall for its pieces and by each of its openings for its symbol and its diagnostics, so all of them see the same decision. Memoised per view and host. Null when host has no openings, is not a live wall, or is degenerate (07 D2: no frame).
