debugTracedSegments top-level property

The segments every traceRoom call has taken in (step 3 of spec 10 D5, after the short ones are dropped), summed: the tracer's cost for tests that pin it (D7's counter). Never reset by the library.

For tests only. It carries no @visibleForTesting: that annotation lives in package:meta or Flutter, and this file imports neither (as RoomInputs.debugRebuilds).
