TableLabelEdit class final

An edit and the derived commands it makes necessary: inner applies, then, per touched handle in touched's order, a table whose label no longer matches tableLabelStamp for its transform is re-stamped (T12), by exact == on the stored values. A deleted table's host data is not among them: RemoveNodeCommand takes it (node-components D-1). All or nothing; undo restores the stamps and the edit. Created only by TableLabelSystem, once per execute.
