AttachedEnd class final

A wall end point (spec 11 D2, decision 4): wall wall's end k (0 its start, 1 its end) on side, looking from the wall's start to its end. It stores no coordinate: its point is read from the wall (wallEndPoint), and the dimension group's transform never touches it (decision 12).
