IntentCallAuthorizationPolicy.debugAllowAll constructor

const IntentCallAuthorizationPolicy.debugAllowAll()

Allows all invocations only while Dart assertions are enabled.

This is intended for local development and dogfood apps. In compiled profile/release builds, where assertions are disabled, it behaves like IntentCallAuthorizationPolicy.denyAll.
