InfusionFfiWeb class

Web plugin registrant for infusion_ffi.

On the web, Infusion does not use a method channel: all cryptographic operations run inside a bundled WebAssembly module reached through direct dart:js_interop bindings (see InfusionWasmRuntime). This class only declares web as a supported platform and satisfies Flutter's web plugin registration contract, so registerWith is intentionally a no-op.
